Iterative Process
Great article on NetFlix's "release early, release often" philosophy. It's something I also try and get clients to embrace, to see the design process as Product Evolution (lots of small, yet constant improvements over time), instead of Product Development (as a large set of changes rolled out in a single event over a longer schedule).
