German Pranks
Dispelling the myth that the Germans don't have a sense of humor, for the past year in Germany, the police have been searching for pranksters who have been erecting flags bearing GWB's face atop piles of dog poop. There have been an estimated 2,000 to 3,000 of these doggie displays according to their parks administrator. Via scienceblogs.com.
