Speaking of AOL and layoffs...
Just announced today: AOL will be divided into four units in an effort to curtail their steady subscriber decline (for three consecutive years) and provide sharper focus on growing the company. This division announcement precedes a round of 700 job cuts that the company is expected to undergo as it continues to try to turn around the company's disappointing performance eversince AOL and Time Warner merged in 2000.
