MT-Friendly Web Hosts
I found a fairly robust run-down of Movable Type friendly Web hosts from Elise.com. This site, as it happens, is powered by Movable Type 3.1 and hosted by ICD Soft. ICDSoft, as mentioned in Elise's site, does have the quickest support response times I've ever witnessed. (In my experience, ICDSoft's response times were all under 10 minutes, even capably handling (and fixing!) some strange Perl coding problems I had usually between 2 and 3 in the morning.)
